Force Majeure
Holidaybreakz shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Full payment has been successfully processed, and

Once confirmed, the booking constitutes a binding agreement between you and the Travel Supplier.

5. Pricing and Availability

The traveler is solely responsible for paying these additional costs directly to the Travel Supplier. If you have questions regarding such charges, you should contact the relevant Travel Supplier directly.

Additional Charges Not Included

The prices quoted for Service Elements do not include optional products or additional services such as liability insurance, collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, personal effects protection, car rental drop-off charges, fuel costs, child safety seats, roof racks, or similar equipment. Hotel incidental charges, including but not limited to telephone usage, movies, minibar purchases, room service, energy surcharges, or any applicable local tax increases, are also not included in the quoted price.

All such charges must be paid directly to the relevant Travel Supplier at the time of check-in, car rental pickup, or during your stay.

Fuel Surcharges and Government Fees

The prices displayed at the time of booking may not include additional fuel surcharges or other fees that may be imposed by airlines, airports, travel suppliers, or governmental authorities. These charges may be introduced or adjusted at any time prior to departure and are the responsibility of the traveler.

Payment Requirements

Full payment is required at the time of booking using a valid credit or debit card. Holidaybreakz.com accepts most major credit and debit cards, provided that the billing address associated with the card can be verified.
