Holidaybreakz.com offers a Compassion Exception Policy (CEP) to provide eligible customers with discounts on our cancellation, refund, or ticket change service fees under certain compassionate circumstances.

Eligibility & Benefits

Immediate family includes spouse along with domestic partner, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. This applies to biological, adoptive, step, in-law, domestic partner, foster, or ward/legal guardian relationships.

Active Duty – Acceptable ID includes email address, Active Duty ID Card, Guard/Reserves ID Card along with Common Access Card (CAC). Veterans – Acceptable ID includes Military Retiree ID Card, Veteran ID Card, Veteran Health ID Card, Uniformed Services ID Card, or State Driver’s License stamped “VETERAN”.

• The CEP only applies to holidaybreakz.com service fees for cancellations, refunds, or ticket changes.
• To claim this benefit, customers must identify themselves to our customer service agent by phone.
• This policy does not cover airline or other supplier-imposed penalties or fare differences. Holidaybreakz.com does not control the policies of these third-party providers.
