By confirming a booking with Holidaybreakz.com, you agree to comply with this Policy as well as the terms and conditions of the applicable airline, hotel, car rental, tour operator, or other travel service providers (collectively referred to as “Travel Service Providers”).

Role of Holidaybreakz.com

Holidaybreakz.com acts as an intermediary between you and the Travel Service Providers. While we facilitate the booking process, all cancellations, changes, and refunds are ultimately governed by the policies of the Travel Service Providers associated with your booking.

Refunds may take up to 3 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on the provider.

Cancellations by Airlines or Service Providers

If your flight, hotel, or service is cancelled by the Travel Service Provider, your refund or rebooking options will be determined according to that provider’s policies. Holidaybreakz.com, will assist you with the process but is not responsible for the provider’s final decision.

Policy on No-Shows

Failure to check in or appear for a booked service (airline, hotel, car rental, etc.) will result in the loss of the full booking amount. No refunds are issued for no-shows.
